Refund Policy for Individuals

Pitch Wizard offers a flexible refund policy for individual subscribers:

(Annual & Monthly Payments): These plans includes a 3-day free trial. Subscribers can access all courses and programs with a 3-day free trial. Refund requests can be made within the first 30 days, provided no certificate has been obtained. 25% of the fee’s paid is non-refundable after this 14 day cooling off period. A partial refund will be issued within the first 30 days without prejudice if the subscriber has been inactive. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Student records will be retained for completed programs only. Progress may be lost when cancelled. Should any refund fall outside the policy above a credit will be held for the subscriber to use at anytime in the initial 12 month term and reactivate their account.

Termination requests must be made through the Pitch Wizard portal or by contacting customer support. Unless cancelled by the subscriber, all subscriptions are auto-renewable.


Termination Policy for Schools

Schools managing subscriptions for their students on Pitch Wizard have the following termination options:

  1.  Flexibility: Cancellation must be done in writing before the start of an academic semester
  2. Access Continuation: Student access will be reinstated once payment has been made.
  3. Student Records: If subscription remains dormant for more than 2 semesters, the student records will be deleted from our platforms

Termination requests must be submitted in writing by contacting your Account Manager.  


Refund Policy for Schools

Schools can request refunds under the following conditions:

  1. System Access: Schools are subject to consumer protections in accordance with Australian law.  

  2. Pro-Rata Refunds: Pro-rata refunds are not available unless Pitch Wizard fails to execute its responsibilities as detailed in the Employer Subscription Agreement. Refunds granted will be done so without prejudice in accordance with our terms of service for Schools.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the terms outlined in the School’s subscription agreement.


Defaulting on Payments

In the event of payment defaults:

  1. Individual Subscribers: If payment is not received by the due date, access to the PitchWizard platform will be suspended the service until payment is resolved. Persistent defaults may lead to account termination and loss of access to course materials.

  2. School: Employers who default on payments will receive a notice of suspension. If payment issues are not resolved within 14 days of the notice, access for all associated students will be suspended, and the account may be terminated.
